Student and guardian names, contact numbers, birth-registration/NID, address, attendance, results and fee information — only as much as running the institution needs.
How we use it
Only for the institution’s own operations — attendance, results, fees, notices and SMS. We do not use data for advertising.
Data ownership
The institution owns all of its data and can export the complete set in one click at any time.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell data. Minimal information is shared only with the services required to operate (SMS gateway, online payment).
Security
Each institution’s data lives in its own database. Passwords are encrypted and sensitive fields are protected.
Retention
Academic and financial records are retained as legally required; an institution may export and request deletion.

You may view, correct and export your data. For complaints, contact the institution’s information officer.
